Claire will be responsible for supporting the benefits offered to employees by our client.  This will include answering employee benefit questions, providing employee benefit communication and support at open enrollment and throughout the year, processing enrollments and changes, claims assistance, as well as premium billing and reconciliation on behalf of the client.

Claire has earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and has gained experience from her most recent position as a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator with Wayne Health as well as HR experience in onboarding and employee benefit administration in her previous roles.
