Ryan is joining HRPro as a Client Service Representative in our COBRA Department.  He will be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding COBRA status, payments, and reinstatements,  as well as entering qualifying events and processing COBRA notifications.  In addition, he will support the COBRA team with various tasks as needed within the department.

Ryan comes to us as a recent graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising Management and has gained experience from his most recent role as a Marketing Assistant for a local law firm.
