Dalia Nafso

Before joining HRPro, Dalia built a strong foundation at Kelly Services, where she progressed from recruiting to onboarding and later specialized in healthcare credentialing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University, bringing a people-focused perspective to her work.

Dalia has transitioned to the CDH Accounts Team, where she will support growing client service needs. This move comes at a critical time as the department experiences increased demand driven by higher claim volumes, medical advancements, and evolving LMN technology. Known for her strong client service skills and adaptability, Dalia’s experience and dedication make her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of work, Dalia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, 3 kids, and family. She is especially close with her parents and three younger brothers. In her downtime, she’s a fan of shows like Criminal Minds, The Walking Dead, and Pretty Little Liars. She also looks forward to football season, cheers on the Detroit Red Wings, and remains a loyal Lions fan through every season.
