Kaitlin Lulofs

Kaitlin is a Client Service Representative within our Accounts Department.

Kaitlin brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she studied Mortuary Science before finding her niche in client service and benefits administration.

Outside of work, Kaitlin is an avid animal lover and serves as a natural rehabilitator for Monarch butterflies. Each year, she distributes free milkweed seeds to Ferndale residents to help support local butterfly populations. When she’s not helping people or pollinators, she’s likely planning Halloween months in advance, a hobby that paid off when she was named Ferndale’s Bootification 2025 Winner.

Kaitlin enjoys spending time with family, cruising whenever she gets the chance, and championing what she believes are life’s important truths—namely that leggings absolutely count as pants. If there’s a belly flop contest happening on a cruise ship, there’s a good chance you’ll find her competing for the title.

Whether she’s helping Monarch butterflies thrive, decorating for Halloween, or making people laugh, Kaitlin brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a little bit of fun to everything she does.
