Kaitlin is a Client Service Representative within our Accounts Department.
Kaitlin brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others. She is committed to providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Kaitlin is an avid animal lover and serves as a natural rehabilitator for Monarch butterflies. Each year, she distributes free milkweed seeds to Ferndale residents to help support local butterfly populations. She also loves planning Halloween months in advance, a hobby that earned her the title of Ferndale’s Bootification 2025 Winner.
When she’s not helping people or pollinators, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cruising whenever she gets the chance, and she never passes up a belly flop contest.
Whether she’s helping Monarch butterflies thrive, decorating for Halloween, or making people laugh, Kaitlin brings enthusiasm and positivity to everything she does.
