Sarah serves as HRPro’s Business Operations Coordinator, focusing on improving internal processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting collaboration across departments. She plays a key role in developing and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support a seamless client experience.

Sarah brings experience in business operations, onboarding, and process development from the real estate industry, where she helped establish onboarding procedures and trained new team members. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
