Spreading Warmth, Hope, and Community Support This Holiday Season
As we move into the final weeks of the year, HRPro is proud to launch our annual Season of Giving. This tradition allows us to pause, reflect, and extend a helping hand to the individuals and families within our community who need support the most. It is a time for generosity, connection, and meaningful impact—values that have always been central to who we are.
Supporting Local Families With Care
This year, HRPro is partnering with E-Community Outreach Services to assist two families facing significant challenges.
The first is a young mother raising two daughters, ages eleven and eight, while also caring for a newborn baby boy. With so many responsibilities on her shoulders, we hope to bring stability and encouragement to her home during this season of giving.
The second is a multigenerational household consisting of a grandmother and grandfather who are raising their twelve-year-old grandson. Their dedication and resilience inspire us, and our support aims to help ease some of the pressures they face as they provide care and guidance for the next generation.
“Blessing Boxes” for St. Christine Christian Services
In addition to supporting these families, HRPro is assembling Blessing Boxes for St. Christine Christian Services (SCCS), a long-standing nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the Brightmoor community of Detroit.
SCCS operates a range of programs, most notably its Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen, which address food insecurity with dignity and compassion. The Food Pantry, located at 22303 Fenkell in Detroit, opens its doors every Tuesday to provide essential groceries such as bread, fresh produce, proteins, eggs, milk, and juice. This service helps families maintain access to nutritious food during difficult times.
By creating Blessing Boxes filled with helpful items and thoughtful comforts, HRPro hopes to amplify the impact of St. Christine Christian Services and extend support to even more households this season.
Joining Together for a Stronger Community
Whether through contributions to the families we are sponsoring or through participation in assembling Blessing Boxes, every act of generosity strengthens the fabric of our community. This season is an opportunity to reflect on what we can offer one another and how collective action can bring meaningful change.
As HRPro begins this year’s Season of Giving, we are grateful for everyone who joins us in supporting these efforts. Together, we can help brighten the season for our neighbors and ensure that no one faces the holidays alone.
