HRPro of Royal Oak, MI was named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan.

The annual list of the Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan was created by Best Companies Group in partnership with Crain’s Detroit Business.

This statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Southeast Michigan, benefiting the area’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2023 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan list is made up of 100 companies.

HRPro fulfilled all the eligibility requirements to participate in the survey. As a company located in Royal Oak, MI, HRPro has been providing exceptional work environments and services. With a focus on employee satisfaction, HRPro aims to foster a positive work culture.

To be considered for Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan, HRPro underwent a rigorous two-part survey process. The first part evaluated the company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, accounting for approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part involved an employee survey, which measured the employee experience and contributed approximately 75% to the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Southeast Michigan and analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.

Crain’s Detroit Business will reveal the rankings of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan in a special section on August 28.
