Erik has joined HRPro as our IT Operations Manager, where he oversees the organization’s network and data security operations. Collaborating with our IT Services team, he monitors network status, manages escalated ticket support, and oversees equipment management. His role also involves identifying measures to enhance data security and mitigate risks.

With a keen focus on efficiency, Erik actively seeks opportunities to streamline operations related to data transfers and CRM development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and brings extensive experience in software engineering and network administration to our team.
