Sarah is HRPro’s Client Onboarding Specialist in our Sales & Marketing Department.  Sarah is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company and are set up for success with our services.  Responsibilities include CRM setup and ongoing maintenance and development, document management, service agreements, and transitioning accounts to implementation.

Sarah comes to us from the real estate industry where she developed the onboarding process for a growing real estate brokerage and trained new agents on the platform.  She has her BA in Communications from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids.
